What’s Really in Tap Water?
We all have heard that tap water contains chlorine, lead, cysts, bacteria, viruses, parasites, pollutants, and other harmful chemicals. All of these in very high levels, and none of them are safe for drinking or bathing in. If you think your tap water has some chemicals in it, then you should read this article.
The story starts with the city water treatment plants being overwhelmed by the volume of raw water that they were producing. The water is so dirty that it can not be stored and trucked to the treatment plants. As a result, the water must be processed. Unfortunately, that also increases the risk of contamination.
But the huge problem was, the treatment plants are too big to properly treat this volume of water. That is why the public is exposed to such a huge level of dangerous contaminants.
Now that we know the cause of contamination, we can start addressing the issue.
The first step in solving the problem is to stop buying bottled water.
The second step is to start drinking more water. It is the law in most places in the US that everyone must have access to safe drinking water, so we need to change the way we drink it. We need to make sure that the water we take in is pure and clean.
Now that we know the cause of contamination, we can turn our attention to getting clean water through water filters. In order to do this, we need to be able to remove chemicals from the water we take in. We need to use filters that can remove the chemicals, and the best ones do this for us.
Today, we have two types of water filters that remove the chemicals in tap water. They are reverse osmosis water filters, and sub-micron filtration.
First, we will discuss reverse osmosis water filters. Reverse osmosis water filters remove sediments, sediments and toxins from your water. They get rid of the organic chemicals in the water, such as pesticides, herbicides, and prescription drugs.
These filters are easy to install and remove sediments, and are so good at removing toxins that they even get rid of pesticides in some modern versions. They are even good at removing viruses and cysts, as well as parasites. But, they are not good at removing chemicals.
A reverse osmosis water filter works by forcing water through a membrane that blocks anything that the water passes through. They remove sediments, sediment, and sediments.
The other filter, a sub-micron filter, works by removing the toxins, while leaving the chemicals. This is a better filter because it gets rid of most of the chemicals in your water, while leaving some behind.
Both of these water filters are available in many different sizes, and many different filter styles. Which one you get, depends on your needs. These are simple systems that work and that work well.
